I had a water leak in my wardrobe and it created mould on 2 of my leather jackets and also on a fitted Winter coat. I was feeling pretty worried if my jackets and coat could ever be restored to their former glory.
But, after doing quite a bit of 'research' on good ole 'Dr Google', I found the perfect fix! The Laundry Box are a bespoke dry cleaning service who deliver premium results!
This is my first reaction on when I saw how great my items turned out:
"Oh my wowsers, you are a miracle!!! Never could I imagine how perfect you would restore my coats and jacket, so magical!"

Carolina was an excellent service provider, leather jackets professional specialist and a dry/steam cleaning expert.
I took my suede fur leather jacket and it was filthy. She explained very well what she was going to do and what will go wrong.
I trusted her and gave the jacket to sort and she gave me an excellent deal including waterproofing the jacket.
I got a message after 5days time and when i gave a call she explained everything came perfectly with no issues.
When I got it back it was in sublime condition. As a happy customer, I would highly recommend Laundry Box organic dry cleaners and

After searching for the right place to send my wedding gown into for cleaning I chose the laundry box as they gave me a thorough consultation on the process, what to expect & had options to preserve the dress for generations. I’m was overwhelmed with how much knowledge the owner had which made me feel super confident with leaving the dress in their hands and their service was seriously amazing! I received the dress yesterday and the whole thing exceeded my expectations, from the way it’s packaged, to the viewing window of the box, to the cleanup of the dress that looks brand new!

One Star is even too much!!! 0/5 STARS!! Very disappointed customer, will be taking this further to the ACCC after getting nowhere with them directly. This company is far from a reputed company. I am beyond upset. I trusted this "organic" company with a beloved irreplaceable dress and they damaged it while in their care. Furthermore they accused me of bringing in the dress damage - which was not the case. They said they took photos but the date of the photos was later than when I initially brought the item in. Had a big night one night and vomited on my favourite fur-like jacket. Feeling sad and after a bit of research, I decided to give this place a go despite it being 45-minutes travel away from home. Really glad that I did. My jacket was good as new, their service was excellent and I got to meet Carolina (very friendly and stylish) and her team.

I have been using these guys for a while. Excellent customer service. Excellent knowledge of dry cleaning when it comes to a broad range of clothing items including leather and suede jackets. And recently with the need to use face masks in Melbourne, they quickly had their alteration team design and make these excellent face masks that look a lot better than most of the ones I have been seeing online. And with a much higher quality and attention to detail. Very happy with the masks and their service in general.

I run a DIY Blinds and Esenar which are both window furnishing businesses. I send all my customers in VIC to Laundry Box. They're not only knowledgable and do an incredibly job on a variety of fabric types, they offer old school service that makes them an absolute delight to work with. Photos attached of happy customers curtains being rehung after they'd been cleaned by the team at Laundry Box.
