The buffet lunch quality was not upto the mark. They kept rushing us to finish our food, hardly 30 mins in total. Some were not even given any repeats. Dropped us at Shark Island at 01:30pm, this was after the cruise started at 12:45 and food was served around 01:00 pm. The experience is not worth what they charge. I also saw the lady at the desk on Eastern Pontoon not accepting discover vouchers from a guest who booked online. I think this service is only worth if going for whale watching or special occasions.

A trip where I could affirm 🐳 aplenty!!
The lunch was just right and the view was nothing short of spectacular. Was very lucky to see few breaches on Saturday. Despite choppy waters, the journey seemed peaceful and was very well managed. Highly recommended to give the team a shot!

Very impressive experience! Higly recommend!
We met a very active whale. He keeps playing with us and jumping out of the sea. I share two photos. The first one I downloaded it from the website. We did see such scenarios but we did not capture it by the camera. The second is from my phone SE, no zooming in. I was standing at the head of the cruise. This whale suddenly appeared under my feet. So surprised.

Went on a BBQ lunch cruise to Shark Island today on a very windy hot day. Just a suggestion. Tables were not reserved. As soon as you got onto the ship everyone was rushing to get the best seats. We ended upstairs with minimum seating in the shade. Soft drinks are at $4 a pop. Not a can of drink but a small plastic cup. Food was average. Nothing to do on Shark Island just roaming for good photos. Swimming only if you bring your cozy.

Friendly staff, food was available which was tasty, a great commentator explaining things in detail, saw lots of whales and overall enjoyed the whole experience. The weather was amazing (sunny) so that was a plus point. It was totally worth it for $49. we go to see a couple of seals too. In terms of sea sickness, do carry medicines which should be taken before you board the boat. They also have alcohol and coffee/tea on board. Would definately recommend it!

I have used these guys several times for client cruises, team building days and also been on their NYE cruise! They were even able to cater for the fact that we're only a small team and we really enjoyed cruising the harbour on our own private motor yacht!
They seem to have a boat to suit every occassion and the staff always look after us.
