At Naturally Massage & Wellness, all of our practitioners are fully qualified, committed and experienced in their chosen fields. We believe ongoing training both in-house and via external seminars are essential in maintaining and developing the best client outcomes. We are therefore dedicated to continual further education and personal development.

Needling & Cupping Report

Dry Needling involves use of a fine acupuncture needle, into the trigger point of a muscle. The aim of Dry Needling is to illicit a twitch response which causes the muscle to contract slightly and then release, thereby relieving the pain the trigger point was causing. When a needle is inserted into a healthy muscle there is usually little discomfort.

Entrance is a little ambiguous but once you find it, you’ll remember for next time. My back was aching and immobile, after an efficient consult, the therapist commenced an effective massage which included hot stones. My back felt immediately better and it’s boosted my home strengthening program. Facilities are clean and tidy, I will return.
