My name is Alana, though my friends call me Aya and from a young age I have always had a real passion for helping people. Since first discovering Reiki at 16 years old I knew that this was something that I wanted to learn and share with the world! I have been a Usui Reiki Practitioner for many years now and have since gone on to study many other modalities including Chakra Balancing, Pranic, Seichim & Crystal Healing.
With 10 acres of bushland surrounding our off grid home, sweeping views of the Yarra Valley and the sounds of the birds, its quiet here and a great place to relax and learn in nature! In Level 1 (First Degree) we cover the basic teachings of Reiki and self healing. You will also get hands on experience so you walk away with the knowledge to perform Reiki Sessions on yourself and practice on family and friends if you choose to do so.
Reiki is a form of hands on energy healing using light touch in a non-invasive way. Japanese in origin, 'Rei' stands for 'Universal' and 'Ki' stands for 'Life Force Energy' so together Reiki simply means 'Universal Life Force Energy'. It is this beautiful energy that the practitioner connects to and directs into the clients body, awakening the body's natural healing response and promoting self-healing on many levels.
Reiki energy transcends time and space so there is no need for you to be beside me. This is just as effective as an in person session but from the comfort of your own home. I will be in touch with any findings and an Oracle Card reading at the end of your session. These In person sessions conducted from my treatment room in Healesville VIC.

I had such a beautiful experience from Earth Aya Energy. Purchased some gifts for my friends, and for myself during that difficult time at the peak of covid in VIC. Aya not only went extra lengths to make the gifts special for my friends but also provided some heartfelt gifts to pass on to my other nurse colleagues dealing with covid patients at the time. What a blessing it was to come across EAE during that time, the extent of positivity shed by her is still present today :)

Alana is very knowledgeable and she has very impressive personality. Level 1 Reiki workshop was amazing . I always wanna learn reiki but I was lucky that I leant it from Alana. Highly recommend to someone who wanna learn the reiki. She is in contact with students even after the workshop and replying every query about practise. Can’t wait to join level 2 workshop.
I tried her essential oil as well. I really love them. I was having a sleeping problem. After using the oil I am having really sound sleep. Balance oil as also amazing.

Aya's Level 1 Reiki workshop was an amazing experience. I was curious about Reiki and Aya gave a great introduction to it. She is a calm and compassionate teacher, and her passion for unconditional love made the workshop very special. I highly recommend her workshops for anyone who is looking for something loving to do for themselves.

Aya is absolutely amazing, so intuitive! Never had a distance Reiki session before. Having been extremely stressed with working & living in a home having renovations, her distance reiki could not have come at a better time. After my session, I felt light & more relaxed/balanced than I have in a long time. I will be getting her to do more regular distance sessions & cannot recommend Aya's talents highly enough PLUS her products are just fantastic to have on hand! :)

I had a Reiki session with Alana at her Sunshine West Room plus a Distance Healing Session and both were amazing. She is very nurturing and I felt so comfortable around her. I was sceptical at first but after trying so many alternatives and hearing friends say how much they benefited from Reiki I decided to give it a go and I am so glad I did! I suffer from severe anxiety and after both sessions I felt more relaxed and balanced than I have in a long time. I slept better, it helped me to process and release a lot of emotional stuff and get more of an idea of what to focus on to manage the anxiety
