I've been wanting post about my experience with Chris for several months now, but I've only got a chance now.
I had a friend practice of me a few times before I had my first professional Reiki experience with Chris.
However, what I experienced was far beyond what I expected and really unexpected in a good way.
I felt like an invisible force/energy push/sway my head back and fourth and almost like an invisible rope pulling my chest up and lowering me back down.
It was a long session, however I strangely felt my inner elbows were getting a little tense mid way through and they felt tired.
