I turned to Alan Rigas when my Protection Visa application was denied by the Department of Home Affairs. They started with a realistic analysis of my situation and those of the members of my family. They then laid out the options open to us.
They submitted my appeal to… the AAT and offered friendly professional advice up to the time of the AAT Hearing. They also supported my appeal with strong legal precedents that helped ensure the AAT reached a decision in my favour.
In hindsight, I would have engaged/consulted
