The customer service is dreadful. Trying to get my story out and i'm constantly interrupted and asked another question. Lay off the coffee and let your customers speak.
Explained how the machines were taking coins from the tenants and told me it's probably because someone has used a foreign coin which is fine but everything was made to sound like my fault. I'm also not a technician or a time traveler so knowing the problem won't actually help, you need a key to even get behind to look at the plumbing.

So helpful when determining what machines best suit your needs. I found them very up front and flexible from the very start. Install was next day and a week later I had an issue with my dryer exhaust thinking it was a machine problem. Called them and had a repairman on site within a hour or so only to find that it was not the dryer but my exhaust issue. They kindly fixed my exhaust issue free of charge and not a problem ever since. Cant recommend highly enough.
