Kristy did an amazing job. She altered my dress she catered to what I wanted and made it better. With her creativity, she added lace to my dress for a more conservative look which I requested. She dedicated time to contact me and update me on how it's going. And was keen to listen to my feedback. I cannot recommend Sweethearts bridal and Kristy enough. Wedding planning is such a stressful process but the wedding dress was such a smooth and fun process thanks to Sweethearts bridal

Sweethearts Bridals was the first and only wedding dress shopping I went to.
The ladies here at sweethearts bridals were absolutely amazing! With the pandemic and lockdown in place I was planning to postpone the wedding till the following year. After hearing my situation, Sweetheart Bridals got me in for an appointment ASAP and helped me find my wedding dress 3 WEEKS before my wedding!! The dress is absolutely stunning and fittings and alterations was done so quickly as well!
I was even able to add on lace straps and the veil was ready by the first fitting after alterations.

I was promised a dress that twobirds bridal could not deliver, Leaving me without a wedding dress with less than 1 week before my wedding and with a big hole in my wallet..
I was soo lucky to stumble across sweethearts bridal. The ladies were soo helpful and caring. They went above and beyond to make sure that I had a beautiful dress to wear on my wedding day with only a few days out. I was also able to find the perfect bridesmaid dresses.
