Customer service from the first time calling up until the day The 22 seater limo picked up year 6 kids to take to their farewell Smithy (the driver) was amazing. Service was outstanding. Smithy was so wonderful with the kids and also putting up with the adults taking photos of their kids Fully recommend

We celebrated our daughter’s 8th birthday and wow I have never seen a group of kids that excited in my whole life when this hot pink limo turned up, we drove for an hour and the whole time they danced, chatted,… giggled and partied, they thought it was the best thing they have ever done and will sure remember it forever, thank you guys it was all so IMPRESSIVE!!!!! 🥰❤️

Your limos may be “impressive” but you have an Unimpressive receptionist. The guy I spoke to sounded like he hated his job and was rude. It’s only natural to ask questions hence the term enquiry, my questions were simple. If you are sick of hearing people ask the sane questions maybe you shouldn’t be answering the phone. There are ways to get your point across without being rude. Disgusting.

My Mother and I hired a stretch hummer from Impressive Limousines to surprise my sister on her hens night. We had a lovely driver named Ray who was very professional and sweet. We only had a short drive between the two locations but Ray drove the hens party around the city to show off the beautiful scenery of Sydney. Ray also stopped at a stunning location where the girls could take photos in front of the Harbour Bridge, which was a wonderful surprise. I cannot fault the service of Impressive Limousines. Thank you!

Unimpressive Limousines
We booked (un)Impressive Limousines for our wedding to arrive at 6:50AM. Limousine never arrived and when we called them, we were told that their driver simply "forgot" to turn up on such an important day. They did offer another replacement to arrive at 8:30AM but on a tightly packed wedding day, there was no way we were going to delay everything by over an hour just because they F'd up. Highly unprofessional and "forgetting" is not an excuse for a business, especially for such an important day as a wedding. We had to scramble to find replacement cars, which unnecessarily
