Today opening times were advertised as being 11am to 4 pm Sunday
Several people attended at 11 am and were confident the place would be open as advertised
The business was closed all day
I walked around the corner to a barber that was open and busy
Poeple are to busy to have their time wasted by missleading, inaccurate and unprofessional advertising which could easly be corrected to avoid inconveniencing cutomers

Had the worst haircut I could have ever paid for! The barber didn’t listen AT ALL to what I asked him to do, instead he did what he said was the GENERALLY chosen cut. I guess you get what you pay for, so beware of it when deciding to go to the Brunswick shop. An absolute waste of money and time. Never again!

Their haircuts are decent but I'm never coming back. Absolutely atrocious wait times. Needs much better management with bookings or get the barbers to finish the haircuts a bit quicker.
Wasted 2 hours in line with 4 or 5 people Infront of me. Absolutely ridiculous. I'm flabbergasted. How can three staff combined take 30 minutes per customer?? Save your sanity and your time and do not come here , at least until they sort something out with the wait times. Feel bad for the 5 people behind me.

I finally found a very good barber in Melbourne ... have had my hair cut by Matt, Rebecca and Shane. All three are excellent. It's a funny thing, but I judge a haircut by the skill by which they employ a straight hand razor, a service which sadly, is rarely seen with barbers these days. They put extra attention to detail with this, even foaming the area before doing so. A lot of attention to detail goes into the styling by each of them. Oh and these three are very friendly too!

Great place to have your hair cut. Staff is super friendly and nice, especially the Irish barber. Had a nice chat throughout the haircut and overall really good service.
For the first time in a while I came out of the barber shop genuinely happy with the cut. All thanks to her.
Would definitely recommend this place.

Very bad experience! I had an appointment at 4.40pm for a haircut and beard trim and was in the store at 4.43pm and was told I can’t get my beard trim done as I was 3 minutes late. Last time when I had an… appointment I was on the dot in time and had to wait for 10 minutes. Where is the fairness is SERVICE? On top of all these I was asked by the lady in the reception to WALK 4.6 km to the nearest store in Malvern as it’s walk-in. They were good barbers until today. I have been a regular customer of theirs for years. Eventually I had to drive to the Malvern store just because

Was my first time and last going here. Was very disappointed got my head shaved number 1 all over think it would be the most easiest but noo my hair line is completely out of wack one side is higher up around my ears still had left long hair still so wasn't shaved enough! Got my beard done another disaster wasn't even straight the line under my neck. Would not recommend at all

I hate leaving negative reviews, especially when I actually had a particularly pleasant chat with the barber, but I really couldn't be more frustrated, angry and disappointed with yesterday's haircut. Having… asked for my long hair to be left a little below shoulder length, I've somehow ended up with it sitting about 5 inches above my shoulders, too short even to tie back to keep it from flapping irritatingly in my eyes. I know I should have said something at the time, but honestly I just wanted to get out of there as quickly as possible and hope that what I'd seen upon putting my glasses
