We recently finished the 12 day Sri Lankan tour. It exceeded our expectations. Our tour guide was Will and he was wonderful. We also had a local guide, Prasad- with us for almost a week which was sooooo nice! Prasad was incredibly helpful with learning more about the culture and history. He also helped us a ton with onward travel in Sri Lanka. Will and Prasad made a great team and the tour they have created in Sri Lanka is a gem. Anyone who comes to Sri Lanka will be greeted by friendly local Sri Lankan smiles and spicy curries. :)

I had Ben Andrew as my trip leader for the Thailand 18 day tour. Easily a once in a lifetime trip everything we saw was incredible as well as the places we stayed and food we ate. Ben was incredibly helpful from start to finish which was particularly useful during the times of Covid testing and requirements of all documents. Would recommend this fully to anyone. With the bonus of making good mates and having an amazing time. Thanks again Ben you legend!

I’m just about to end my time in Thailand and I couldn’t recommend Intro Travel enough. I did the ‘Thailand Intro’ 18 day tour and even though Covid restrictions have caused the company to adapt their… experiences somewhat, I’ve had the best three weeks of my life.
Ben Andrew lead our tour and at every stage of the trip I was relaxed and stress free (even if he wasn’t) because of his organisation. And as a result, we were able to see some of the most stunning places the country has to offer; from the Phi Phi islands to an Elephant sanctuary in Chaing Mai

I’ve just completed the Thai intro tour. It’s absolutely smashed any expectations I had for it. The trip was so well organised and ran by group leader Ben Andrews. He looked after us all like his own and made sure we were not only safe, but having the time of our lives the whole trip. Couldn’t recommend it enough, the hotels/activities and… everything else has been absolutely incredible! This is a great trip for meeting new people and having the experience of a life time. Friends turn into family really quick. 5 stars highly recommend and if you have a choice of group leader

Wow what a trip, everything was so well organized, the hotels we stayed at where amazing. The hotel in Bangkok and Phuket both where my favourite, roof top pools and the breakfast in both was amazing with so much choice.
I booked this trip last minute and couldn’t believe the amount of activities that where included in the… cost. Learning to cook Thai food was an amazing experience. The floating bungalow was also something I will never forget, stunning place to stay. We got to see some of the most beautiful beaches on Phi Phi islands and finishing this trip spending

I did the 13-day Japan Intro! Because of all the 5-star reviews I literally thought this was going to be fake. HOWEVER turns out it's just incredibly worthy of 5-stars. Hands down the best trip I've ever taken. I went alone, not knowing anyone, and being The Token AmericanTM. And I have made friends that feel like family!! Not to mention it's an INSANE value for your money, like if I had tried to do all this myself I would have spent like 10k.... but the fact that it was only like 2.2k? NUTS. Also Nathan is such a baller he's so positive and prepared and really cares about making sure everyone

I had always wanted to get to the Philippines and do some diving and then a friend recommended going on the intro travel trip. I’ve never been much of a group tour kind of traveller and this was my first but I had a great time! It was also Intros first Philippines trip so it was all really exciting! Two trips completed, one more already booked and hopefully lots more to still book! IntroTravel is my go-to way to travel. Not only does it take away all of the complexities of finding great accommodation and… booking transport but they even give you a detailed guide of what to pack, best types of bag to use and what jabs/visa you need to think about beforehand. Having done the Vietnam and Bali trips I can say that I genuinely loved both of them. Not only are there a great mix of people you meet in the group, you also have the BEST guides - shout out to Adele (Bali) and Nathan (Vietnam)

I had high expectations for this tour and intro travel surpassed them all. From the moment of booking, communication has been seamless from their office. They even offered to arrange extra accommodation either side of the tour.

This was my first time solo travelling and it is definitely one of the best decisions I’ve ever made! I would 110% recommend using Oz intro if planning on coming out to Australia to travel and work, they help set you up and get you ready for all your travelling needs.
Dean is the best group leader, Everything was planned so well and he was always there if you need anything. His positive and fun vibes spread through the entire group and always made sure we were all having the best time. I'm so glad I decided to choose Intro Travel for my very first introduction to Australia! As a first time traveler to here, Oz Intro provided the creme de la creme for all the great stops Sydney has to offer. The week was jammed packed with loads of activities and fun exertions. One of my first favorites was jetboating! We went out to the Sydney Harbour after having a lovely tour of the Botanical Gardens in the morning (which are beautiful by the way, highly recommend stopping there). At the grand age of 33 this was the first back packing solo trip i've ever been on and i was a little worried id be the oldest. I met Nathan the group leader at the Hostel and he was very welcoming, put me at ease straight away and then it was out for a group dinner to get to know each other. I am not very adventurous when it comes to food but i am pleased to say the food was amazing throughout...Nathan even managed to arrange no seafood when out on the trips. Not all food is included but the restaurants we were taken to were very reasonably priced, Nathan even makes some good recommendations on

Vietnam Intro has been a fantastic experience and I have thoroughly enjoyed the whole tour. Nathan, our tour guide has been brilliant. He always knows how to make you smile and made the tour that much more enjoyable. All the activities involved are really good. The accommodation also is really good. A mixture of hostels, hotels, home stays in bungalows, and 1 night on the overnight train. Vietnam Intro was my first ever group tour and I’m so glad I did it. It took all of the hassle and stress out of going to a completely new country on my own and allowed me to see things I never would have found by myself. Our tour guide Will was brilliant - he was really knowledgeable about everything we did but also great at bringing the group together and making everyone feel included. There was a great mix of activities and the opportunity to try things I’d never done before and see the real Vietnam rather than just the tourist areas. I’d highly recommend Intro Travel and Vietnam Intro
