This salon is completely over booked and understaffed. Even with an appointment you can expect a minimum of a 20 minute wait and continuously switching beauticians.
I had a nail appointment at 12pm, I was told that would be fine and timely on the phone. The kept me waiting in the chair until 12.15, I asked how long I should expect to wait at that point and they said another 15 minutes. I explained that they were already 15 minutes late and they simply said there were too many appointments. While this was happening they were receiving calls and telling them it isn’t too busy and the customer

I walked in without an appointment to see if they could repair one badly broken fingernail. The initial technician that welcomed me in was pleasant and upon showing her what I needed done she called out to another technician to come see. I should mention that all technicians were attending to customers so I had no pretense or expectations of being favored. The second technician however was anything but welcoming or pleasant. Ignoring me, she snapped at her colleague saying she was busy with a customer (as if we couldn’t see that) then

Reasonably good manicure but despite booking as I had a busy day at work I was left waiting. They committed via email and then I followed up by phone and still was left waiting 25 minutes. The Gentleman who did my nails was fine but the service was sooo slow and twice I mentioned I had limited time. I do understand that it was Friday afternoon but what is the point of booking if you do not intend on honouring it?
Edited to add: I do understand that it was a busy day but that is why I called. Why when you were so busy did you continue accepting walkins?

I usually don't leave bad reviews. But I feel it's a must especially after going to this beauty clinic. Firstly I arrived and asked for a pedicure. The lady at the front said wait. Another lady came after me and she didn't have an appointment but ended up going in before me. Despite that I went in. Half way through the pedicure one of the ladies come and says sorry she is needed else where and I'm like no. She's started the appointment and its only fair she finished it off. I told her that I only wanted the lady who started to finish it off. The lady who had come over started talking in her language

Hit and miss. First time I went there it was really good - friendly staff, good quality manicure. I was impressed. Went back 5 more times but it's just been downhill. The last time I was there, the lady was mid-way through trimming my cuticles when she suddenly paused to trim her own cuticles. And the staff are usually so engrossed with gossiping that they take so long to get their job done. I think it depends who is taking care of you, there are a few good ones there.

This was a terrible experience. They were extremely rushed and rough with my hands. They did not let me dry them for the full 45 seconds for shellac before applying another coat. It has been 3 days since I got shellac on my nails and four of them are already chipped. I would not return or recommend going to here.
