We bought a van yesterday for an 82 year old friend and the experience couldn't have been better. My friend was treated with utmost respect, politeness and courtesy. Ian took her for a drive to see if she could handle the 6.5 machine, and he was generous with his time and knowledge - in a good old fashioned honest service kind of way - not slick or pushy. I can highly recommend this company.

Carol and I were very impressed with the friendly professional service provided by Avida Gold Coast. Stephanie provided us with excellent support from the time of our initial enquiry back in February right thru to final handover of our brand new Ceduna in mid September. The man in the sales/spare parts section was rude to me. Told me to "just listen" as i tried to get a word in to describe the exact part i needed.
Because of this I drove away with the wrong part as well as feeling quite embarrassed.
Bought some extra bits and pieces while i was there but won't be going back or recommending.

You are in for a treat, all the team here are just lovely - customer-care focused, happy to answer questions and show you what you're interested in seeing - and happy for you to look at the range by yourself if you prefer. We have just put a deposit down on a motorhome with Hinterland. Jenny the sales lady is very good with alot of information. We went went in a week ago to pick the colours of the motorhome inside asnd out. All staff were very friendly and helpfull.
Looking forward to picking up our motorhome in March 2018( thats when it is completed.

Very disappointed that after booking our winnebago explorer in (with a months notice) to get a roamsafe door fitted we were advised on the day we take it in that they didnt stock any doors that would fit.
We were then advised by the Roamsafe Door manufacturer that our door is exactly the same size as the Avida Esperance.(What the?)
Very poor performance and planning.
The service guys were very polite and apologetic so no complaints there.
