My Louboutins were looking very worn and the sole was wearing off. I Googled sole repair and SoleHeeled came up. Easy to send you just take them to the nearest post office and it’s all done packing and everything all included. They look almost new now. Definitely will send all my shoes and bags to them now. Absolute 10/10

Mark and the team at SoleHeeled are professional and offered excellent service. After completing the form online (super easy) I was sent a quote and details on what they could try to fix the sanitizer leak stain on my bag and were transparent about their abilities to get it out. When they were unable to remove the stain, they were upfront, honest, proactive and fair. I won’t hesitate to take my luxury bags and shoes to the team in the future.

I would highly recommend SoleHeeled for RM Williams boot repairs, Mark was very responsive and my RM boots were returned reheeled and resoled looking like new. A very efficient service from posting my boots to SoleHeeled in Sydney from Melbourne, I was surprised to receive them back repaired and looking like new within 2 1/2 weeks, and one week was lost due to the busy postal system during the run up to Christmas. I will definitely use SoleHeeled again for any boot or shoe repair as required, Mark was very easy to deal with and did a great job.

Had a great experience dealing with SoleHeeled from requesting for a quotation to receiving my item repaired! The whole process was simple and fast although I was sending my item from Brisbane to Sydney. I got the quotation and the label to send my item on the same day once I sent in my enquiries. Mark was very responsive to my enquiries. I got my item repaired in exactly what I requested for and got it back in a well protected packaging. Finding SoleHeeled on Google solved my problem of a broken zipper in a much loved, good quality, leather wallet. Their on-line postal lodgement for repair and return procedure is straightforward, safe, and easy to navigate. I was given a sensible quote which I agreed to, and should extra repair work be needed they would not proceed without my agreement. The wallet was tracked by Australia Post, and I am so happy to have it returned, and am delighted with the repair. From my experience I would recommend SoleHeeled without reservation.

The workmanship is in a class of it's own, the turn around time was super quick and the process to get my RM Williams boots to them and back was super easy.
