Heel lift in Birkenstocks
I have a leg length imbalance and was looking for someone who could install a heel lift on an open sandal. Michael was very friendly and personable when I entered the store and talked me through how he would do the job, making sure I was okay with the alterations he would make and most importantly, why he would do things the way he would. I found it so awesome that he was able to share this as it gave me peace of mind knowing exactly what I could expect from the final product and be confident that it would suit my needs. Michael, thank you for repairing my favourite pair of 20 year old boots and making them new again. I had the worst experience with a very dodgy shoe repairer who was formerly based inside the Forest Way shopping centre at Frenchs Forest. He charged $170 and would take cash only. When I eventually got my shoes back I wore them once and they fell apart. The grub and his stall disappeared.

Michael is very passionate and highly skilled in his craft. I rang many shoe repair shops in Sydney to help with a pair of boots and none other than Michael could do the job. He resized my knee-high boots spectacularly and for a reasonable price.
