Wonderful experience dealing with the girls at L&M Home whilst in lockdown! They were extremely patient with me and assisted me with all my enquiries. In December 2018 I had ordered 2 x table cloths for use at Christmas Day. All seemed well as I had received emails from L & M Home and Australia Post about the delivery. On the deemed delivery day I received an email advising delivery was made - it was signature on delivery, yet I had not received the delivery. I contacted L&M Home and they supplied a sample of the signature, it was neither mine or a co-worker. L&M Home have washed their hands of it as Australia Post says it was delivered. I've paid for goods and not received them.
