Appointments are FREE! During that time, you will be one on one with a stylist for 1 hour, who will help you find your perfect silhouette. This gives you enough time to try on anything from the current Collection. We have seating room for up to 3 of your guests so please bring along family and/or friends to help you with the big decision.

I had an overall wonderful experience with Sposa and found my dream grown here! I was completely guided and supported through my first consultation. The stylists listened to what I wanted and worked with me to achieve my vision. My questions via emails were responded to in a timely manner. The gown are absolutely gorgeous and made with premium quality materials and workmanship. I can’t recommend Sposa group enough! 10 out of 10

Despite liking my wedding dress, my experience at Sposa has been nothing but stressful.
The only positive greeting was the first visit. Dresses in this store are not made to size. My dress was made incorrectly and had to be remade. They advise you that alterations is cheap and will cost maximum of $500, when in fact it can be up to $800 when you head for alterations.
At Sposa, you’re just a number once you paid your deposit!!! there’s no personalisation of service and they don’t accomodate you at all. I’ve had a very stressful unpleasant experience with this store

I found my dream wedding dress from The Sposa Group! They have so many fabulous designs and I’m in love with all the detail and features of my gown. The service is fantastic! Actually saying that is an understatement. All the staff are so friendly and kind and have helped me make one of the most important decisions of my wedding. Elisabeth in particular was with me in every step of the way. She helped me put on all the gowns and tirelessly went back and forth to allow me to try on so many styles. Elisabeth also allowed me to see the dress in different lighting so I know what it would look like

Great range of dresses to try and great customer service. Elisabeth was knowledgable and gave great recommendations and feedback. There were many aspects of my final dress that was customised and they thoroughly made sure it was what I wanted. I felt they really cared about getting it right. Can't wait to see my final gown!

But above everything, a BIG THANK YOU TO CHLOE for being such friendly, lovely and helpful. I bought my dress almost two months ago but remembering your nice manner creating such a great memory of my bridal gown purchase, still makes my heart smile!

Great experience with the Sposa group. Elisabeth was my consultant and was absolutely phenomenal. Her attention to detail, thoroughness in her work and overall manner was outstanding. Through her patience and guidance I was able to find the most amazing dress.
She was polite, positive yet straight forward. I was so lucky to have her through this process in selecting my gown. I honestly couldn’t have done it without her.

I really appreciate Elisabeth for the time and service she provided for me to choose the beautiful dress. I was not able to decide right at that time of the first appointment but she gave me a chance to think and make another appointment for the dress.
Also, filling the hearing seat at the beginning of the consultation was very efficient to show my expectation so the time for selecting dresses were very quick and the dresses she picked were prisisely my taste.
