We had a really unhappy experience with Cropper Brothers building our 1.8 metre retaining wall. They were pleasant enough for the quoting of course, but as soon as they experienced problems due to their increasingly apparent technical incompetence, they threatened to leave the job unfinished to start their next project. We had to really jump through hoops to get it finished. They also would start calling and texting within HOURS of issuing us an invoice demanding payment even though we paid that same day.
They really treated us with contempt during the whole ordeal and no doubt once this review

The spectacular job you boys completed last year for us deserves a 5 ⭐️ review.
The boys were referred to us by a supplier of concrete sleepers and I’m so grateful they were.
Steven & Peter were responsive, knowledgeable and gave great advise, I was quite amazed with their professionalism and service.
The brothers did a free onsite consultation where they took me though the entire process, answered all my questions and to my amazement I received my quotation the same day.
The entire process from start to finish ran as smoothly as it could.

We don’t normally write reviews but you guys done such a fantastic job we felt it’s just another way to show our appreciation for not only the fantastic work done but for your honesty all the way through the job.

Want to say a huge thankyou for the work completed on our property. You went above and beyond what we thought would be achievable and we are really happy with how its turned out. The backyard and retaining walls turned out fantastic and im really impressed with the quality of workmanship and the level of communication we recieved from start to finish.
