Ertech is committed to genuine Indigenous engagement in all regions in which we undertake work. The Motivation Foundation is a not-for-profit organisation that began as the Ertech Construction Academy in 2008. The Foundation aims to educate and develop life and employability skills for school students enrolled in Year 11, 12 or equivalents from diverse backgrounds.
Students are offered the opportunity to achieve a nationally recognised Certificate II in Civil Construction and Certificate II in Resources and Infrastructure Work Preparation, through on-site training and workplace experience while still in high school.For over 30 years Ertech has been engaged in developing and enhancing communities through its many civil construction projects both locally and regionally.

Australia's aviation industry plays a crucial role in connecting families, friends, communities and businesses, whilst supporting essential and emergency services and supporting Australia's mining and resources industry. We consider the aviation industry to be crucial to our success as a civil construction provider.
Ertech has worked with the Department of Defence as a national client and has delivered numerous projects across Western Australia, Victoria and Queensland. Our capabilities in the Defence sector include; small scale civil works, base upgrades, midterm refresh projects, airfield upgrades, marine construction and design and construction projects.

Yeah, nah. Didn't enjoy working here. Got completely overloaded with work and hungout to dry (Ertech WA). Zero support or feedback given to assist in scope delivery.
Project was understaffed and company had a combative & dog eat dog culture.
I think Ertech will struggle now they've sold their cash cow, Duratech.
They are additionally terrible for supporting employees with mental health. I have Chronic depression with anxiety. I got zero support or understanding. Despite their virtue signalling during 'R U OK' days & 'Mates in Construction', they don't actually care about their employees mental

ERTECH QLD is a company to steer clear of by subbies , they came to QLD from WA & bought out a local civil crew which gave them all the necessary certs to bid for gvt jobs , use an external management crew to put together their bid , use dirt digger supervisors who havnt got a clue to supervise boilermakers , project engineer gets their nose out of joint when given some hard facts about getting the job up & running , more appropriately the saying of " wouldnt be able to organise a trip to a proverbial institution " would sum them up , a coment from one honcho , " i have an obligation to ensure
