Make-A-Wish Australia grants the wishes of children and young people with life-threatening medical conditions to enrich the human experience with hope, strength and joy. Make-A-Wish was established in 1985 and has since granted more than 7,000 wishes to children in Australia.
There are currently over 500 children waiting for their wishes to be granted, the number of wish applications has increased over the last three years, and children could be waiting up to two years before their cherished wish can be granted.Therefore, Inspired Homes has decided to become a Corporate Sponsor for the Make-A-Wish foundation in 2012/2013 to help make some of those wishes come true.

Whilst Charley was super detailed in the quote, the timelines between communications was less than desirable. Everything is just slow and the follow up non - existent.
Her questions are highly technical in terms of what the house could include and nothing about how you live your life to match the design/needs to that. The manner was classic sales in that everything aligned to our opinion, "I don't like integrated appliances" - reply?
"Oh yes I have the same thing in my house". Lacked authenticity and sincerity.
Came highly recommended, I've taken my business elsewhere as I'm thoroughly underwhelmed

We were recently referred to Inspired Homes for our need to custom build a multi-generational home on an awkward block, and thus far it has been a pleasantly surprising and very satisfactory journey with them.
From the first instance of walking through the display home, to meeting Charlie Cox to discuss a quote, to meeting with Mark Jones to come up with a design that met our unique set of requirements, whilst also achieving a beautiful design, they have met the mark (pun intended) at every stage.

I inquired on one of their homes about 2 months ago, after 10 days of not getting back to me I decided to email them again, I got a prompt email the next day from Cody apologising for the delay, he seemed like he would be helpful and that I’d finally make some progress in finding the perfect home for us.
I replied to that email the day I received it and have not heard anything back yet.
Very disappointed in the lack of communication.
The website and house designs are the only good things I’ve experienced from the company.
Going to take my business elsewhere unfortunately.

The team at Inspired Homes answered our questions before we even asked them, they made the design process fun, exciting and created a floorplan covering all our requirements plus more. They were transparent with costs, patient and supportive while we went back and forth creating our dream home. Thanks team, we can hardly wait to move in :).

The houses are uniquely gorgeous, but that's just the beginning. Just as unique is the absolute strength between the consummate professionals who make up the team. With their wealth of experience as both clientele and consultants, their responsiveness and versatility, and genuine heart and passion in what they do, they have seamlessly helped us navigate everything up to this stage. And they have made our house come to life as if it was their own. My partner and I are not usually the type of people to effuse praise on companies, but, with nary a flaw, five stars is simply not enough for the team
