Don’t recommend this place at all if you are after a nice dining experience and good service. Even more so when they claim to be a 5 Star restaurant. Far from one. Workers laugh and avoid you when you ask for charcoal for Shisha or when you try to order food. The food is okay here but extremely overpriced have eaten much better food elsewhere. Manager is useless and will make you seem like the problem. Don’t recommend even though we spent over $150 here. We use come regularly and love this place but the quality and the staff here have downgraded hard. Will never be back after our last experience

The service was good. The shisha was also good. Other than that I didn't like the experience. No one liked the food, the chicken was undercooked and the meat was too fatty, I am comparing it with restaurants in the same genre of middle eastern cuisine. The entertainment was also a bit weird, was not a fan of the live performer who was playing there. The thing that really made me dislike my experience, was how much over priced it was. This is one of the few bad reviews I made, but it just hit a nerve.

The food and shisha here was amazing! I honestly couldn’t have asked for better quality for the amount paid.
The downside was the facilities. One toilet I went to had no paper, the second had a broken sanitary bin lid which showed all the used products in it. Come on guys, just get a $2 bin from big w to replace that, yeah? Really gross to see

Worst restaurant I have ever been to with safety hazards. Chicken skewers were 40 mins late - restaurant was so empty at that time. I burnt my finger on hot metal skewers - there was no steam coming off - the server did not advise me they were burning hot. Safety hazard - cleaners wipe the floor to the bathroom and leave it wet and slick and don’t put a sign. Never coming here again.
