Services
DTD Engineering operates a workshop exclusively for Stainless Steel and Aluminium manufacture and fabrication. Currently majority of our Aluminium fabrication consists of freezer plates for the food processing industry. Our specialised workshop operates with a network of cranes. Our Aluminium section can fabricate timber kilns, panels and handrail systems to suit the most demanding applications.
An original founder of DTD (the "T" in DTD); Tom is our Managing Director. Tom is a qualified Boilermaker/Welder; he now spends his time managing daily business activities, imparting valuable knowledge onto those around him and operating as a consultant to others within the business on various manufacturing issues.

VIBROSCREEN Screeners offer multiple decks for precise separations from 2 inches to 37 microns. Models from 18-100 inches (460-2540 mm) in diameter handle bulk solids, slurries or powders of various consistencies at controlled feed rates. Ideal for batch or continuous screening or scalping, including in-line with pneumatic conveying system.
Gaskets: All screens include White Neoprene or EPDM gaskets. Other gasket materials are available for specialized applications (high-temperature silicone, chemical resistant Viton or Nitrile, etc.). Choice of new screens, or rescreening of your existing broken/damaged screens, saving time, money and the environment.
