Tailor-Made Building Services was founded in 2011 by Ray Somerville after years of working for Darwin construction companies. He found that the professional service of building had been turned into a money-orientated venture and away from the core principles of quality and fairness. A direction that Ray Somerville believed should not continue, he began Tailor-made Building Services in order to offer a true customer-centred service.
Tailor-Made Building Services Pty Ltd specialise in full turnkey developments for clients from conceptual design to development applications and approvals. The strength of our business is founded in our core principles of quality and fairness and our comprehensive capabilities in all areas including documentation, permits and navigating town planning.
Our experience at Tailor-Made Building Services spans from projects in the architectural and engineering fields for residential, commercial and industrial construction projects to design, drafting, estimating and contract management.
