Flu season is back so of course I got sick. Finding a health center that doesn't charge an obscene amount of money to be seen is always a struggle. It was the closest, same-day appointment center I found on Yelp. They take several types of insurance, including mine which only charged a $10 copay. They even have their own app where you fill out your symptoms and payment information right there.

Highly recommend Clifton Hill Dental!
Having had some dental related injuries in the past, I've developed a bit of of a fear of visiting the dentist.
However, Dr Ounapuu was excellent. He created a calm and relaxing environment and clearly communicated each step of my procedure which really put me at ease and made an experience I was initially nervous about very comfortable.
Will be sticking with Clifton Hill Dental from now on.

HIGHLY RECCOMEND - Great Dentist, friendly/smiley staff that go above and beyond to make sure you are comfortable every visit.
Overall, they make the 'not so enjoyable' experience actually a 'very soothing experience'. I am a very anxious person when it comes to dentists however I leave here feeling amazing about my teeth, smile and overall appearance. Very Happy, Thank-you all so much.

After many years of neglecting my teeth I was terrified to go to the dentist but after seeing Ed this afternoon I might make it a weekly routine! Not only did Ed put my mind at ease over my broken tooth by making it look better than it ever had before, but made my time at Clifton Hill Dental fun with his charismatic and witty personality. Also insuring I showed off my new glimmering smile to the world was the fact I was allowed to listen to the Wicked musical soundtrack throughout my appointment. ED ROCKS! :)

Dr Jeremy Hockey is the best dentist I have ever had. I'm 36 years old and a friend (who has anxiety) recommended him to me. He explained everything in layman's terms and his knowledge of dental care is second-to-none.
We drew up a plan together of my dental goals and how we could achieve them in the context of my income and time (and the pandemic restrictions). I cannot reccomend Jeremy highly enough.

Nick is an amazing and wonderful dentist. He has cared for my teeth with all his heart and actually saved my main teeth from being lost forever after a fall as he always recalls. He has provided personal care and advice to me for well over 25 years! I’ve remained loyal to the practice no matter where in the city I have moved to and have to travel from. Thanks for the wonderful care I have received for over 25 years.

My family and I have been seeing Jeremy at Clifton Hill dental for the last 2 years. In that time he has done part of a root canal and a few fillings for me, plus regular check ups.
Jeremy is hands down the best dentist we have ever been to. He explains everything extremely well and gives you options. He is always on time with appointments, and we have never had a complaint about his work. And best of all he lets you choose the music. Can't recommend highly enough.

I cannot recommend the dentists @ Clifton Hill Dental highly enough. I have had a lot of work done on my teeth over the past year to fix some old work done by a previous dentist. I regularly see Dentist Jeremy as my go to for tricky root canals and crowns. Jeremy is such a lovely dentist and really went the extra step to alleviate my anxiety… surrounding being in the chair, as I have some trauma relating to dental work. My four year old is super excited to go to the dentist also and loves telling everyone she is going to see Dentist Jeremy.

Dental appointments are definitely not something I look forward to (fear of needles etc...) but after finally making an appointment at this dental clinic I must say I'm pretty happy and impressed. The staff were friendly and professional, the procedures weren't rushed, everything went smoothly and yay! there was almost no pain.
I'm still not looking forward to my next dental appointments ;) but all in all I was pretty impressed with these guys.
