Good customer service however, there are lots of Cockroaches in the house. Gosh, I turned the lights on to use the bathroom last night .. the cockroaches were wondering around the bathroom, the kitchen and the living room. I couldn't sleep all night

Unassuming. You would think it was a townhouse or apartment just driving by the property. Staff are friendly and helpful. Parking is a problem as there doesn't seem to be enough. Rooms are "warm-inviting" and sized just right 👌. Facilities are clean and although not necessarily ultra modern, they are actually very comfortable. You can hear a bit noise outside the room as it's a common hallway but if you wanted discretion this place isn't for you. In saying it that it's actually a great place to stopover for the night if passing through town and is priced competitively.

The Belmore All Suite Hotel may look dated from the outside but with a recent renovation the rooms are more modern that you might be expecting, very clean and including a kitchenette for those longer stays. Many photos online don't do the property justice. Good middle of the range property in a central location only 10 minutes leisurely walk to the beach. Staff all very friendly and helpful.

I have stayed here several times. Not as nice as it used to be. Has on-site parking, not secured. Not particularly easy to get to if driving. Has self catering rooms which are quite good. If you have mobility issues, ask for ground floor. For me, there are nicer places in price range. I don't think I would stay again.

We booked an apartment room for four nights. The greeting at reception was warm and welcoming and our room was comfortable and very well serviced. Very handy to shopping and family. Our next trip from NZ to Wollongong will see us booking into this hotel again. Thank you to the staff for making our stay comfortable and memorable...

Very impressed by the disability-friendly suite! Everything to make my day and night easier was within reach and very inspiring. Now I know what kind of kitchen cabinets to install in the house we bought recently. Sliding cabinet doors were brilliant! If a cavity doors had been installed in the bathroom and bedroom, then my stay would have been 10 out of 10. As it wasn't to be I score Belmore All-Suite Hotel as 9 out of 10 and will book a stay there in the future.

Stayed at The Belmore for work and was pleasantly surprised by the size of the room and the facilities. I had a one-bedroom suite, which came with a small kitchen, lounge, TV and separate bedroom and bathroom. The facilities were modern and nicely furnished. I had a room above reception, closest to the street, but didn't find it noisy (although there was a bit of noise starting from about 6am). This is located a bit outside the main CBD but is really only a short walk away from there and the beach. The bonus of a balcony would make this place a great option for a nice longer-term stay, although
