The actual physio consult was good, but I definitely called to ask first whether it was bulk billing for a care plan, and was told that it was. Upon entering the office, I was not informed that Medicare would only cover $54 of the $280 cost! When I called to make an appointment, they didn’t mention that different therapists have different costs and that I could choose. My husband and I are very disappointed in this lack of communication and the resulting stress it is bringing in my pregnancy, as I don’t have private health insurance. Unfortunately we will have to escalate further for some resolution

Having suffered multiple injuries to my knee at work, I had been previously treated by a number of different Physiotherapist on the north shore, but it wasn’t until I discovered Kirsty Tradell at Burns bay Physio in Lane Cove that I truly started getting positive results, Kirsty’s expert treatment has made a huge difference to my life!, I highly recommend her 👌

I don’t write reviews as a rule but in this case for me it’s a must, I suffered quite a serious injury mid last year , around August , that has left me with some long term damage both physically, emotionally and mentally , after spending a week in intensive care and 5 weeks in the renal ward completely incapacitated, unable to even go to the toilet or dress myself and for a time even eat on my own, I saw about 5 or 6 different physio’s, all of them pushing me to do things that I just couldn’t, not through lack of trying , I hated being the way I was, in a last ditch attempt I went down
