Remedial massage is a therapeutic massage that is used to treat specific injuries or muscular dysfunction and provides relief to muscle pain and aches. Remedial massage involves a range of techniques and styles, such as trigger point massage, deep tissue massage, Myofascial release, Active Release Techiniques (ART), Dry needling, PNF stretchingand many more.
Dry needling is an efficient treatment which involves insertion of filiform (acupuncture) needles into muscle to release myofascial trigger points (sensitive spots in muscles). This is a highly skilled western style needling technique and has been adapted from traditional eastern needling styles and acupuncture.

Luke Fayman has been my Massage Therapist for around the last 3 years. I see him every fortnight and he is a miracle worker! He is attentive, diligent and extremely professional. In addition to Massage he also offers dry needling; and the Massage and stretching advice he gives saves me from needing Physio appointments. I travel across Sydney to see him as I no longer live in the area as he is the best Massage Therapist I've ever seen.

Luke Fayman is the best massage therapist i have ever been to in 20 years. I have sent over twenty of my personal training clients to see Luke over the years and every single person raves about how good he is and sends their family members to see him. He is extremely good at dry needling as well. Couldn’t recommend him highly enough

I cannot recommend Luke Fayman as a massage therapist highly enough. His knowledge of anatomy and his instinctive approach to massage ensures your experience is what your body requires every time. Luke has assisted in the healing of my body after a very inopportune accident and has helped me regain my quality of life. Luke treats with a fabulous sense of humour and a "all about you" mentality. All in all - a wonderful combination.

Luke Fayman is without a doubt the best massage therapist I have had. I have been coming to Luke for massage over the past four years and during that time Luke has helped me through various injuries. I have recommended Luke to friends and work colleagues over the years and all have had a positive experience with Luke. I highly recommended Luke to anyone who is looking for a good massage.

I saw Luke Fayman for a massage for relief of some muscular tension, and he was fabulous. A very good therapist with extensive knowledge of the human body. It was certainly not a relaxing massage, but I feel so relieved and can feel a big difference, even after just one session. Highly recommend for anyone that is after more than an ordinary massage.
