It is a slow and soothing massage with gentle but firm pressure. It can be helpful in treating specific areas of muscle tension caused by stress or injury or in simply aiding relaxation and promoting general well being. Improvement of blood flow to injured tissue by stimulating oxygen flow to the nerve endings and muscles to hasten recovery time and the repair process from sport and competition.
