If you are planning on moving out, you need to advise us. The fixed-term agreement is a defined period of the tenancy which is written into your lease. This is usually 6 or 12 months but the parties can agree to have a tenancy agreement for any length of time. When the fixed-term period ends the tenancy agreement does not end unless it is terminated by the tenant or the landlord.

Disappointed with the customer experience. The way I was treated makes me feel so invaluable as a customer.
One of their property manager named B***c* A****** asked me to attend a virtual inspection. However she didn’t pick up the call (7 missed calls). I tried to call their customer service but nothing they can do about it. I still patiently leave a text to ask for more photos or videos of the property. I was completely ignored.

Great to deal with through the renting an apartment process
I rented an apartment in Potts Point recently. Arranging a viewing was easy, the agent was on time, and she told me about and took me to another similar property in the same building at the same time. The application process was the least painful one I've had to do, and all the paperwork from there was the same. Carrington were responsive and easy to deal with all the way through.
