Operated by David and Josie Martin, Mindful Homes is a family owned boutique building company specialising in fully customised home renovations, extensions, second storey additions and new home builds across Perth. Working only with a select number of clients each year, we take the time to get to know our clients and gain a deep understanding of their unique requirements, lifestyles and site characteristics.
You must be the registered freehold owner of the land on which the new home is built and the buyer named in the contract or an eligible transferee on the transfer of land. One grant will be paid in relation to each lot of vacant land, regardless of how many homes will be built on the land.
If the building contract is not in the name of the registered owner of the land, you must provide supporting evidence to establish it is a bona fide arrangement.Construction must commence within 6 months of the contract date. Construction commences when significant earthworks, excavations or physical building works commence.

Transparent and Professional!!
Mindful Homes did our top storey addition and we couldnt have asked for any better service. There were no hidden costs from the start, very professional staff and always timely communication, if not early.
The site was always left clean and the whole build was absolutely stress free. Everything was managed so well that the time just flew and we were in the new part of the house! Thank you Josie and David! It has been a great experience and we highly recommend Mindful Homes.

Thank you to David and Josie at Mindful homes! they helped us transform our baron wasteland of a backyard into a functional entertaining space including a brilliant outdoor kitchen, Bar, Pool table space, darts area, toilet and a adjoining workshop space, we were so happy we asked Mindful homes to keep going and complete the front yard! David and Josie are very professional, energetic, open, transparent and focused on delivering a quality outcome! we also enjoyed the team of trades who worked on the project.

How do I properly enthuse about the positive experience I had with Mindful Homes? They built a unique and challenging extension for me with care and finesse. Josie and Dave rated highly on all aspects of project management: communication, scheduling, quality of work, management of surprises beyond their control, excellent advice, eagerness to please, and positive attitude. Could not be more happy with my decision happy to have David and Josie build my large renovation.It ran smoothly throughout the job and both David and Josie were always available to answer all my questions promptly.
