I'd like to tell you a little bit about myself and my views on giving you the best dental services in Gympie. I came to Australia with my parents at a very young age. I grew up in Brisbane and graduated dentistry from the University of Queensland in 2013. After working in Queensland and New South Wales for several years I came to Gympie in 2018 and have called it my home since.
Dr Maher completed his dentistry training at the University of Qld in 1981. He practised in the UK originally, but the last 30 years have been spent at River Dental in Gympie looking after locals and visitors to the region. As a member of the ADA, Dr Maher has a commitment to ongoing education and to provide the highest quality of care to his patients.
Dr Topalov has been practising dentistry since 1981. He spent several years working in Australia and overseas before visiting Gympie and deciding to settle with his wife to raise their two young children Kate and Ben. He has supported and still supports many community organisations, charities and clubs as well as sponsoring several younger local athletes in their chosen sport.
Dr Muaaz Ahmad here. You might notice my accent is quite strange when you visit. Some might guess it as American, but I hail from the beautiful frozen north that is Canada. Having completed my Bachelor of Science degree at the University of Alberta I wanted to escape the freezing winters of Canada, which landed me in sunny Sydney where I obtained my Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from the University of Sydney.

I have been having multiple complications with my recent dental work. When I finally found this office both Dr Lathangue and Dr Brandson were incredibly patient, caring and professional in my care. They went beyond all expectations to be available and accommodating to help me heal. I also would like to mention their support crew, especially Kathy and Amanda, who were kind, prompt and professional throughout all of my visits. I'm grateful for this office and their crew. Thank you very much. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone.

Very respectful, helpful, compassionate staff. Work was done very well. Appointment booking was quick and over quickly as well. I recommend to anyone who needs a dentist, especially if your looking for a warm caring atmosphere with knowledgeable gentle and kind staff. From booking, billing, hygienist to dentist, every person I came into contact with with was amazing!!
