Luke recently handled a property purchase for me. His comments about the area, the current state of the market and the intrinsic value of the villa in which I was interested were fair and honest. He understood what I was looking for and did not try the old sales pitch routine, for which I was grateful. His relationship with the vendors was clearly based on trust, and they were also happy with the outcome. I would have no hesitation recommending him, or his agency.

We have had a great experience with Goodsell. They have managed our strata for years and we have recently moved to Goodsell to manage our rental property. Both sides of the business are very professional, great value and communication is second to none.

Listed our 3 bedroom villa with Luke. He was positive and helpful in all aspects getting the villa ready to market. Great tips for having the place optimised without breaking the bank. Luke's follow through on everything was excellent. The property had a challenge due to it's location and Luke was able to highlight the many benefits of the property which resulted in a sale meeting our best expectations.
