Immigration assistance to prospective visitors and migrants to Australia, including preparation of visa applications. Advice to clients who have suffered loss from negligent advice or work from a migration agent or lawyer and seeks compensation. Appeals against visa refusal or cancellation - for example, at the AAT: Administrative Appeals Tribunal (Migration and Refugee division).

We used to provide free initial consultations, but unfortunately we have found that this is no longer practical. We often need to spend considerable time taking instructions in order to comprehensively advise clients of their options. We believe it is fair that clients pay for high quality professional advice.

Avoid at all costs. Would not recommend.
This ‘company’ is a joke.
I had to chase him for months for a basic sponsorship visa. Initially the service was great, once paid he began ignoring emails/phone calls to a point that I had to go down to his office several times to get a basic reply. Total lack of communication.
This lawyer was totally irresponsible and was highly obnoxious to my employer and I. He wouldn’t admit to any of his errors throughout this process. Pot luck that my visa got accepted in the end. Highly stressful experience.

We first came to Visa Law for document services, but ended up discussing our immigration circumstances while our legal documents were being notarized. We were not particularly hopeful due to personal circumstances, but the staff was helpful and sympathetic while being realistic about how much effort our application would take and what the process would cost.
