Originally based in Sydney, Lara and her team are now located in Byron Bay.

Our Byron Bay photography packages start at $3,900. We also offer elopement and engagement shoots, candid family portraits, and bespoke packages if you wish for us to travel to you. Our collection of premium wedding albums and fine art guest cards are locally made and available to add to any photography package.
We favour natural moments and light-filled imagery. Our approach is a combination of friendly direction and candid fly-on-the-wall captures, intended to capture you at your best. Yes we do! We are available to travel to for weddings throughout Australia, New Zealand, Bali, Europe and other international destinations on request.

Lara and her team are wonderful to work with. The communication process from the initial enquiry right through to delivery of the final product was excellent. The photographers were excellent to work with on the day. Their quality of work is faultless and the end product will provide memories for a lifetime. I wholeheartedly recommend Milenko Weddings.

Lara photographed our wedding and the photos are so beautiful. We will cherish them forever! She is so professional yet relaxed and incredibly personable. She made our group photos lots of fun and captured really special candid moments. The guests thought she was wonderful :) Lara had fantastic recommendations for florists and make up artists and for how to time our run sheet to get the best out of the lighting. We were incredibly fortunate to have Lara Milenko as our Wedding photographer. She was one of the best decisions we made when planning our wedding. Not only was she patient after we'd changed our minds and decided to cancel the originally planned large wedding, in exchange for a last minute elopement, she was highly professional, understanding and enthusiastic from beginning to end. She travelled to Tasmania at short notice, and even when the time schedule got away from everyone the morning of the wedding, she was amazingly patient and compassionate. You can genuinely feel her love for her work

My circus of 7 have been very lucky to have Lara as our family photographer for the last 4 years now. She easily relates my children and I love that she manages to capture each and every one of their crazy characters in each shot. Our walls are covered in amazing pictures taken at beautiful locations. Lara also takes care of our modelling Headshot updates which is awesome and convenient! Absolutely THE BEST photographer around! Having Lara Milenko was the single best decision we made at our wedding. The weather was absolutely terrible but she made us feel at ease the entire time and truly captures the most amazing shots, both unique and timeless. Lara was our photographer for our wedding back in May. We are so happy with the wedding photos :) Lara was lovely to talk to and she was very professional on the day.
