Good food and nice place, on the other end no air conditioning and the experience last time we went wasn’t great! We were there with our kid, and the waiter (maybe the owner?) clearly wasn’t happy to see him, then we ordered some stuff and he suddenly said that that was not nearly enough. I felt like we were not spending enough and wasting his time. I can’t really recommend this place sorry

Awesome vegan banquet and they happily substituted a GF option for 1 of my courses. Lovely, friendly staff who were very knowledgeable and accommodating. Great atmosphere. The food and drinks were all awesome. I'll look forward to visiting here again on our next trip up from Tassie.

Great experience, really tasty food. I picks were the octopus, pork ribs, dumplings. The chocolate bao for dessert was delicious and light after a big meal. Yarra valley Chardonnay was a great compliment to the meal. YUM

We had the tasting menu for lunch.
1st dish - tempura prawn bao. Tempura prawn batter was pale and looked like it needed more time in the fryer
2nd dish - tofu stuffed zucchini flower. It was drenched in soy sauce and so salty
3rd dish - duck bao. Duck was dry within the bun. Nothing else but shredded duck.
4th dish - Calamari sitting on a bed of leaves. The only dish that was decent. Calamari was tender and not chewy.
5th dish - pork ribs. Pork ribs had good flavour but was sitting on some shredded fresh green mango and carrots which could have been pickled to offset the sweet flavour of

Fantastic Modern Asian restaurant tucked away in Sunshine Beach. Restaurant, bar, and premium wine shop (Downstairs).
The silken tofu stuffed zucchini flowers were sensational- not at all what we expected.
Lamb wontons - also sensational.
Mooloolaba Prawns with hand pulled noodles- yes, again sensational!
The Kung Po Chicken was deboned, moist and delicious (not spicy).
The wine list is extensive thanks to them owning the wine store downstairs.
Great service and nice setting rounded off a perfect evening.
Highly recommended.

We enjoyed a very yummy dinner here. What was very special is the way they catered for me as a coeliac. Most dishes on their menu they could happily alter to make GF and the staff made sure we had seperate plates and cutlery for all GF dishes.
The staff were very friendly and attentive and all the dishes we ate were amazing.
The decor is lovely and with sound-proofing roof panels meant it wasn’t too noisy and we could all actually hear each other talk 😀
I would definitely come back here and would love to try more dishes.

A great modern Asian menu. Absolutely beautiful meals. If ordering a share menu, I would suggest asking for meals to be served separately so you don't get a congested table. I reckon you will love it.

Lovely modern Chinese kitchen, we went for the five course degustation menu ($65 per person) which was more than enough, especially as we followed up with a couple of shared desserts.

Service was excellent and prompt, the five course menu took about two hours on a Saturday evening.

Best dish? Probably the prawns, although all five were exceptional tasteful!

Delicous modern chinese cuisine at this beautifully designed restaurant. Our dinner on Saturday ended on a high note despite a small dissappontment of the noodle dish.
We started off with oysters on shiro dashi ice (very creative) and scallop dumplings. Both were delicious! Next on to the mains - the beef cheeks live up to expectations. A must order. Tender decent pieces of beef cheeks braised to perfection in black bean sauce. The dish alone is a star. The other main, the handmade noodles with fraser island spanner crab was a major dissappointment. We so look forward to this one but we suspect

Sunday lunch, Yum Cha, wr all went for banquet consisting of 12 dishes, usual suspects all very tasty, well cooked, cast $32 a head so pretty good value as all were full at the end. The selection was presented in 3 groups, with pork belly buns to start then stir and deep fried dishes followed by steamed dishes. Fried rice and also greens included, so all of us were fairly satisfied and there wasn't even a request for desert, of which there is only deep fried ice cream.
