Our physiotherapists are very different to normal physios. They are dual qualified as a Massage/Myotherapist too! So you can expect a very hands on Expert Remedial Massage treatment incorporating physio assessment and massage. Rachel graduated with a Bachelor in Physiotherapy at the University of Queensland in 2006, after which she pursued a career in pelvic floor health for 10 years.

Think of it as a mix between Physiotherapy and Chiropathy. Its aim is to positively affect the body's nervous, circulatory and lymphatic systems.
Acupuncture involves the insertion of fine pins into specific acu-points to harmonise the flow of qi (vital energy) in the body. Other non-insertion techniques like moxibustion, cupping, or acupressure may be used alone or in conjunction with the acupuncture treatment. Had a message here today. Was a very un pleasant experience. Struggled to relax through out the message as the message therapist was using mainly one hand and very soft pressure most of the time. Also found it very hard to relax as she was pausing intermittently and changing between fast and slow patterns a lot.
Not once was I asked if the pressure was okay or if I was enjoying my message during my experience.

I have come here previously and had a wonderful massage so thought I would take my partner here for an anniversary couples massage, however it did not live up to my expectations. My massage was quite uncomfortable and painful even after nicely asking for less pressure. And my partners massage lady was sniffling the whole time in her mask which made the experience very unpleasant. Unfortunately I don’t think I will be back.

I have learned that the osteopath working here put a needle too deep into my ankle and hit a tendon (he also put one too deep into my hand but I have since regained feeling in it).
I've had plenty of needling sessions over the years by different professionals (including the acupuncturist working here) and not once did they get it this wrong!
I went in for back problems (which he did nothing for that worked) and came out with ankle problems!

After having liposuction completed, I needed to find a massage therapist that was specifically trained in Post-Op Lymphatic Drainage massage. This was vital as part of recovery to drain the fluid build up after surgery. After researching many therapists I was recommended CHRIS.L due to his extensive skills in pre and post operative Lymphatic Drainage massage. I went to him twice a week for 7 weeks and my surgeon can't believe how quickly my swelling has reduced. Chris is not only a phenomenal therapist, but a kind and intuitive human! It is rare to find someone with his skills outside of a city

I have seen Emily for injectable’s a few times now and every time I have seen her she has been the most caring and reassuring Injectable nurse I have ever seen. She takes her time to explain the whole process and doesn’t push you into receiving treatments. I will definitely be a returning client for years to come. I couldn’t fault the experience from the phone call to book all the way to paying. The girls are exceptionally good! 10/10 experience
