The Feldenkrais Method is based on somatic education (learning through movement about the body and mind relationship to the world). It is about improving yourself via physical movement and paying attention to what you are doing.
By increasing your awareness, you will learn to recognise your habitual (muscular) patterns of movement and develop new alternatives, resulting in improved flexibility and coordination and deepening the understanding of self.To book your session or for further information please call Annemarie de Heus (Certified Feldenkrais Practitioner and Physiotherapist) to experience the benefits for yourself.
