Services
Our Mission: To run a family owned and operated small business providing a broad range of quality physiotherapy services and other paramedical facilities to the community in an honest, competent and caring manner. Conditions we treat: We cater for a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions. These may have occured from workplace and/or sporting injuries, motor vehicle accidents, or just daily wear and tear.
Strength for LifeTM (formerly known as Living Longer Living Stronger) is an evidence based progressive strength training and exercise program designed specifically for the over 50's operating in Western Australia since 2004. There are nearly 4,000 participants in over 50 providers throughout Western Australia.
The Bounce Back Spinal Stability Program is a specialised treatment protocol designed to improve your core strength and control. The program was developed by Trish Wisbey-Roth and a team of physiotherapists. The exercises taught are very specific and based on the latest research into motor relearning and spinal stabilising muscle function.
The Feldenkrais Method is based on somatic education (learning through movement about the body and mind relationship to the world). It is about improving yourself via physical movement and paying attention to what you are doing.

By increasing your awareness, you will learn to recognise your habitual (muscular) patterns of movement and develop new alternatives, resulting in improved flexibility and coordination and deepening the understanding of self.To book your session or for further information please call Annemarie de Heus (Certified Feldenkrais Practitioner and Physiotherapist) to experience the benefits for yourself.
