Stayed for 2 nights on a visit to Goulburn in the midst of winter. Had a lovely welcome to the beautiful home and showed through to our gorgeous room. The room was furnished with antiques but had a modern style bathroom. The ancient heating system worked very well. Mandelsons is in close proximity to shops and restaurants. The owners were very friendly and helpful.

If you visit Goulburn and you can afford it stay in Mandelson's. It is a treat. I hate hotel or motel rooms, no matter what, but Mandelson's is different; friendly, beautiful, safe and smells nice: a nice smell of a clean house. I yet to have breaky there, always too early when I leave, but the fruits are always fresh and plenty. Has a little court yard, it is wonderful to go there after a long day.

What a fabulous surprise is Mandelsons of Goulburn Hotel.
We had the good fortune recently (Easter 2012) of not only attending a good friends wedding at Mandelsons, but we got to stay there aw well.
This historic property has return to active duty as a hotel and is very much worth the stay.
Restored to it's former glory the property is a very good snap shot of the past. About 99.9% of the property is in period, including mannequins dressed in period clothing.
There are eight rooms available, all lavishly decorated and furnished.
The hotel only serves a continental breakfast, but this
