Services
We are a small physiotherapy practice opened in 2019 with the vision to educate people about their health and well-being. We look at the person as a 'whole' rather than just treating an injury or part of a body.

We can't stop emphasizing enough on the importance of understanding the biological, psychological and social aspects unique to an individual in order to justify highest quality care and achieving optimal patient satisfaction and results with evidence-based practice. We will get R.E.A.L with you - Develop Rapport, Empathize, Ask the right questions, Listen to you effectively.
Everyone experiences back pain at least once in their lifetime. It is the leading cause of years lived with disability in both developed and developing countries.

Whatever the reasons be, the main concerns of every individual suffering from back pain especially when it is of moderate to severe intensity causing interference in daily activities; is the risk of persistence and the need to seek a diagnosis, treatment and cure as well as reassurance of the absence of any serious pathology.
Shoulder Pain is the third common musculoskeletal presentation after back and neck disorders in primary care with the highest incidence and prevalence in women and persons aged 45-64 years. We don't think about our shoulders until we injure it or suddenly start to experience pain one fine day.

It makes simple activities such as reaching the backseat of your car, grabbing something from an overhead shelf, sleeping, hand behind back, or getting in and out of your clothes a torturous task!Because shoulder is the most mobile and least stable joint in the body, it is highly prone to injury. At Praxis Rehab Physiotherapy, we see a variety of different shoulder injuries.
At Praxis Rehab Physiotherapy, we see all sorts of knee injuries, both traumatic and non-traumatic. Some of them come to us for post-operative rehabilitation after surgery such as total knee replacement, ACL reconstruction, meniscectomy/meniscus repair to name a few. What's commonly seen is most of the serious and some relatively minor knee injuries are 'non-contact' injuries.
The human ankle and foot are uniquely designed to support the entire body weight and provide a platform through which propulsive forces are transmitted to the ground beneath. The foot and ankle complex represent a dynamic, reactive, and force-generating structure containing a complex arrangement of bones held by an array of ligaments, muscles, tendons and nerves.
