Soft tissue injuries are the most common injuries in sport. Soft tissue refers to the tissue that connects, supports or surrounds other structures in the body and includes muscles, ligaments, tendons, nerves, fat, blood vessels and fascia. Types of soft tissue injury include, bruising, sprains and strains.
It is suggested up to 20% of the Australian population suffers a chronic pain problem that can significantly affect day to day life (including work, recreation and sleep). Most recent research shows that a 'multidisciplinary' approach (doctors, nurses, psychologists, physios, etc) is best for helping people manage their chronic pain and maximise function.
Dizziness and balance problems are very common particularly becoming troublesome as we age. This can lead to reduced mobility either directly due to falls or because of fear of falling. There are many causes for dizziness and mobility issues including Benign Paroxysmal Positional Vertigo (BPPV), neck degeneration and arthritis in load bearing joints.

I highly recommend Mark Nagel as a physiotherapist. He is a wonderful person, will give you the time of day and will give you the advice you need to feel better. He listens, examines your injury and explains things in a way that is completely understandable - he takes the time that is needed, not worrying about the clock. Don't see anyone else!

Very knowledgeable and caring physiotherapist. (Sandy). Developed a good plan for my needs. Only issue I have is having difficulty in securing a regular class time.

This Is the best physiotherapy place you can go to, great physiotherapists, fantastic staff that always make you feel welcome. I have been going there for about 10 years doing Pilates classes and feel more like part of their extended Pilates family than a client and have achieved great results as part of the process. So if you have back, neck Shoulders or any other related problem's. You will be doing yourself and your body a favour by coming here. Without doubt you will get fantastic results, and fantastic treatment providers, you need look nowhere else. Simply the best
