We are a small company but pride ourselves in having experienced technicians who are not only extremely skilled in their respective fields but are highly trained in Health & Safety awareness. We are Offshore and BOSIET trained as well as certified in working at heights, working in confined spaces, working from elevated platforms and trained in advanced first aid, along with a list of various site inductions.
Some recent in-situ machining for a valued mining client. The trackframe mounting pads of a CAT excavator were extremely worn and corroded. The four pads were cleaned up, pad welded and machined back to original OEM spec.

Our Electrical Discharge Spark Eroding Machine allows us to remove broken taps and studs without any heat damage to the workpiece. Using brass electrodes, the machine becomes a high energy, low voltage, thermal shock producing source.
