I started Fit-Bits 10 years ago and really love seeing clients grow from strength to strength. I have 2 young kids and understand the time constraints and pre & post baby body adaptations. Born in South Africa, I have always loved fitness, sports and adventure activities. Living in London I qualified as a Master Trainer and my love of sports led into the world of triathlons and desires to reach my own personal fitness goals, losing 20kg's.
Fit-bits group sessions cater for all levels of fitness. Tracey and her team are welcoming and accommodating of everyone and their particular needs. Not only is everyone like-minded in their goal to be fit and healthy, but they're a great bunch of people who are friendly, social and supportive. I've been with Fit Bits for about two years now and it has really changed my day to day life.

I first started training with Fit-Bits in December 2011 when travelling to Perth for work. Even though I wasn’t a regular being based on the east coast Tracey was always willing to assist & was supportive to see me achieve my training goals which ever city I lived in. When I relocated to Perth one of the first things I did was organise training with Tracey and her Fit-Bits crew. They got me back into an exercise routine, goal focused, are great motivators providing support and a comeback trail when injured.
