When I first met Vic from Gym and Tonic I was tipping the scales at 108kgs and I was feeling very unhappy with my health, fitness and physical appearance. Victoria (Vic) has been my coach now for 15 years - and she is THE BEST!
Through COVID when it was so hard to do 'anything' but get through the extra complexity of every day, I kept training with Vic - on ZOOM and on the phone. So, though her move to the north is EXTREMELY SAD for those of us in the Highlands, I WILL stay with Vic as my personal trainer - online... She is such a professional and her style of coaching has always 'hit the spot' for me...just enough time to laugh through all the effort...!

I found Victoria Wells 10 years ago through her wonderful business name ‘Gym & Tonic’ and I’ve not looked back. Vic is a stunning all round Personal Trainer.
As an Osteoporosis patient, weight bearing exercise is extremely important to me and maintaining strength and balance on a weekly basis is critical, especially as you age.
Vic trains me on nutrition, muscle and bone strength, balance, core and more. I now know you get far more benefits the more time you spend on fitness and exercise and
I couldn't recommend her PT holistic services more highly

Positive: Professionalism
Vic provides an all-round 'fitness education' for me, not just a bunch of exercises. Her vast experience shines through when selects the circuits or weights and corrects little things to help you avoid any injuries. I like to do in-person sessions but also appreciate the remote option when something unexpected comes up.
