We are here to provide quality dental care for you and your family. We want to help you maintain healthy teeth and create a Brighter Smile in a caring and friendly environment. Prevention is the best treatment for life-long healthy teeth. Paul graduated from Melbourne University in 1988 and moved to Kerang in rural northwest Victoria to work in full-time private practice.
The Ringwood Surgery was established in 1983 when Dr Seng Yap Leong relocated his original practice from St Kilda to Ringwood. In 1996, Dr Paul Lee joined the practice as the Principal Dentist. Dr Leong continued practising and mentoring, but was able to spend more time pastoring the church in Rowville.
At our new location in Mitcham and the recently renovated Ringwood rooms, we offer a wide range of services to help you maintain healthy teeth and a Brighter Smile. Whether you are coming in for your routine dental visit, or for your very first time, please feel free to speak to any of our staff about any concerns you may have, no matter how small.
Payment is expected on the day, but we do offer HICAPS so if you have private health insurance that covers dental treatment, remember to bring your card and we can make the claim on the spot. Your dentist will discuss any medical/dental concerns with you, and check all your teeth, gums and mouth, and sometimes take x-rays.
We have some appointments available from 8.30am and after 5.00pm, please call us to book a time. Mitcham is open on Saturday mornings. Thanks for contacting us. We'll be in touch soon to follow up. I’ve been with Brighter Smiles since 2005, and luckily so because Paul has seen me lose all my teeth, and then helped me get them back with Snap On Smiles! Because of a genetic condition I’m missing some adult teeth, so Paul helped come up with innovative solutions for my smile while I’m waiting for my teeth to settle so I can get implants. The Snap On Smiles is a simple plate that attaches to your existing teeth (like a retainer) and can fill in any gaps you may have.
