Since then, we've seen patients from the Newcastle area and adjacent suburbs from our convenient location on Lambton Road. Entire families are welcome at our practice, from children to adults. In 2010, Erin earned a Bachelor of Oral Health from the University of Newcastle in Australia. Always eager to learn, she also received a Bachelor of Health Science (Hons) in 2014 from the same university. For Erin, who is caring and compassionate, one of the best parts of her job is motivating patients to practice good oral hygiene habits.

Hitesh grew up in Melbourne and Sydney. He obtained a Bachelor of Dental Surgery from the University of Sydney, graduating in 2004. After working in Sydney, the Newcastle beaches and lifestyle lured him to our community. He enjoys helping people and solving their oral health problems. When you meet Hitesh, you'll immediately be struck by his passion for dentistry.

The best dentist in the town. The staff is friendly and caring.
I went to Dr.Hitesh with multiple teeth problem and he fixed it all within couple of sittings.
I feel confident when everytime he looks at the tooth issue and says, "Easy Fix".
Strongly recommend to visit The Smile Factory for any sort of tooth issues.

Best experience at a dentist I’ve ever had!
All the staff are so lovely and inviting.
I always feel so comfortable going there, and my hygienist, Sarah, always does an amazing job at cleaning my teeth and does a great job of making me feel calm and comfortable throughout the cleaning!
Can’t recommend The Smile Factory highly enough!

As someone with a lifelong fear of the dentist, The Smile Factory have been absolutely wonderful. The staff are friendly, welcoming and very professional while providing fantastic dental care, treatment and advice. Both my dentist and hygienist have been wonderful to work with and I cannot recommend them enough.

On my first visit I was hiding behind my smile from being ashamed about my teeth which shattered my self esteem. Walking out from that same appointment with the biggest grin on my face seeing how my new smile turned out gave me a confidence that I knew was hiding deep inside somewhere. From before and after pictures you’d think they were from two different people.
To all of the lovely staff at the front desk to the staff on the tools, I can’t thank you all enough. I’m sure you can all tell how much you have changed my life and how much I love my new smile.

Very friendly and professional, I was very fearful of getting dentistry work done but was treated so kindly and the results have been better than I ever could have imagined. Dr Hitesh Gupta and hygienist Sarah have explained every step of the way and really care about what they do. Always a friendly greeting from the receptionists, all the staff are constantly checking in on your comfort.

The Smile Factory provides the best dental experience I’ve ever had. From walking in and being greeted by the bubbly receptionist and the beautiful smell of the defuser.
My dentist Mandy and her assistant have been so wonderful and caring.
Mandy put numbing cream on my gums before giving me a needle, I couldn’t feel a thing and I’m a huge wuss!
I wore the noise cancelling headphones, so I could watch TV while I had my fillings done, it was like I wasn’t even there. Best dentist ever! I would recommend the Smile factory to everyone!

Fantastic service all round.
From Helen, at the front counter always making you feel welcome, to Jordan, knowing I was a musician, putting on a music oriented movie to distract me from my surgery, to Dr Ben, doing a great job on my new teeth....
I couldn't recommend these guys more thoroughly.
I'm not going to say going to the dentist was fun, but these guys definitely made it a lot better then some of my previous experiences.

I honesty believe this is one of the best dentists anyone could go too.
The high quality of professional care, fantastic and friendly service has me excited to attend my appointments not dread them.
The front ladies are incredibly welcoming and friendly.
My dentist is Ben and I would describe him as “excellence personified”.
5/5 experience with my tooth pull, I didn’t feel a thing and was in disbelief when he said procedure was completed.
Sarah is my hygienist, she’s incredibly diligent, observant and is very person centred. She never misses anything.
