We regularly appear in the Family Court of Australia and the Federal Circuit Court of Australia in various locations in NSW as well as interstate.

We have close links with specialist family law firms, barristers and accounting firms and other professionals across Australia to ensure that the best outcomes are received for our clients. We are able to arrange appointments outside of normal working hours to accommodate international and interstate clients.
Sydney Family Law Specialists are committed to being upfront with clients in relation to costs. On commencement each client enters into a Cost Agreement which sets out our terms and conditions and an estimate of legal costs. So from the outset you will be clear about your commitment. Each month we will send you a monthly itemized account to keep you informed about your costs.

Not happy at all, at the start was perfect and awesome. This company is all about money and that's it, even if you have a arrangement to pay each week. I'm extremely disappointed and I will will not be using them again. Over $10000 down and nothing has happened nor changed. Really disappointing.
