Choosing a lawyer to represent you is a highly personal matter. It is important that you have a strong rapport with your legal counsel and a relationship built on trust and mutual respect.

Our clients include a diverse range of people: mums and dads, couples buying their first home; people who have suffered the loss of their partner or been the victim of an accident; through to sole proprietors, small to medium sized enterprises and property developers. Our reputation over the past 65 plus years has been built on strong repeat business from our clients and their families and referrals from satisfied clients.
Under the law, lawyers must disclose their fees to you and give an estimate of the likely costs. The fee that a client pays their solicitor is a matter for negotiation. Standard fees don't apply, save and except probate, where scale fees apply, but which are at a level well below the total charges imposed by professional trustee companies.
We have compiled the following selection of articles and news items of interest from various sources for your reference. The Law Handbook published by the University of New South Wales Press for the Redfern Legal Service Centre is one of the best plain-English guides to the law in New South Wales that we have found.

Needed last minutes witness of signatures and after calling around local solicitors they were the friendliest and most helpful, and able to fit us in immediately - highly recommend!

Refreshing approach. Unlike other companies i called their approach was personable and not fee driven (breaking the lawyer stereotype). Upon an unannounced arrival i was immediately seen without fuss.
Truly refreshing surprise.
I'll use them next time 100% no doubt.
