You have to move well to be well. Jess has extensive experience in Clinical Pilates and a passion for ensuring bodies are made to work smart, not just hard. Individualised sessions combining the practice of pilates, yoga, gymnastics, breath training techniques, and self release, are offered throughout the week to improve mobility, strength, and postural imbalances.

If your pop is getting slower due to hip stiffness or back pain, taking your wetsuit off is nearly impossible due to shoulder tightness, or your paddle power is down due to shoulder or neck pain.

Jess is an experienced Australian Physiotherapy Association Titled Sports & Exercise Physiotherapist, Clinical Pilates Instructor, and Women's Health trained Physio with a love of playing in the ocean and mountains. Jess' clinical practice is founded in a holistic approach combining manual therapies, western acupuncture / dry needling, and movement efficiency through clinical pilates, yoga, gymnastics, and breath training techniques.
Jess is an Australian Titled Sports & Exercise Physiotherapist with a strong understanding of the importance of getting you moving quickly so you can get back to doing the things you love.

Comfortable working with a wide range of clients, whether it be elite athletes or weekend warriors, or children through to the elderly, Jess uses her clinical skills and knowledge of exercise and mobility to help each client get back to where they'd like to be and reach their goals.Having also completed her Women's Health training, Jess has a particular interest in Women's Heath and performance.
This ensures the exercises in the sessions can be tailored to your needs. During this assessment you will also be taught correct core activation techniques and breathing patterns to ensure you get the most out of your exercise sessions. You will also be provided with an individualised exercise program that targets your body's unique needs to continue with outside your weekly session.
I think we first started working together in NZ around 10 years ago Nate, back in the days when Snow Park's pipe was the place to be in the southern winters. I remember you as a ball of muscle who never seemed to run out of energy. As long as you were snowboarding, skating, golfing or surfing you seemed to be pretty happy.
