Im not sure why there are so many negative reviews but I have been with Cityview for 2 years. Raine and Julie have always been so helpful and informative during my stay. They are so friendly and more importantly they communicate every step of the way and do not hesitate to answer all my questions. It was my first renting experience and they made the experience a lot less stressful than it needed to be. Thank you so much guys!

I was renting from this agency for nearly 3yrs and every time a repair was needed (which was often) I had to chase them up multiple times which often dragged over weeks and months. The property managers are very unprofessional, extremely hard to get in contact with and have poor communication skills. The property I was renting was outside of the Hurstville area which made it even harder to deal with as they had no knowledge of local tradesmen and always asked me as the tenant to find a repairer.
I would never rent from this agency again nor entrust them with my own property.

Im renting and the property manager is non-existent, mailboxes have been vandalised (personal info stolen), service and maintenance of things breaking down needs to be done, but no timely response from this person for months- it is also quite infuriating when she eventually responds after many emails with 'have a nice day' as if to imply that she actually cares. i do not know what she gets paid to do. i wish i could notify the land lord, to let him know not to waste his money here.

Cannot believe how unprofessional this agency is. Had to ring 3 times to find out the price of a villa that was for sale. Gave my number to them and not once has any one bothered to call back. I would hate to have these guys as my agents. They don't seem to care about the seller they are representing as far as prospective sales are concerned. I would be going else where if you have to sell property.

Recently I purchased a property through this agency. When I moved in, I discovered problems that were not as what the agent clarified as before. I 've tried various ways to contact the agent, but he just simply ignored me. And this agent is actually the owner of the business. Very disappointing. Definitely I won't recommend this agency to anyone as their service is not professional at all.
