I hope the close down this real state asap because they push people to rent the property they want 2 weeks rent before u apply for the house lucky its lockdown

George and Nicole at Beverly hills branch would have to be the worst people I've ever dealt with.
We rented a house from them and as usual they are nice and co-operative at the start.
After we handed our inspection report they did absolutely nothing to repair anything in the house, they even went as far to say the landlord was a monster to deal with.
George was insulting and rude over the phone and then just hung up the phone never to be heard of again. We book an appointment with Nicole over email and she confirmed the appointment and on the day she was suppose to be there she didn't turn up

Extremely rude people and difficult to deal with!!!
Before becoming a real estate agent, there has to be character check and skills. Also, dealing with people requires high level of english and professionalism in customer service and George and Nicole have none of that! Hopefully, these people find other profession ;)

George was very rude to me when I sent an after hours SMS to him asking about strata rates in a property he had listed. I certainly wasn’t expecting a response until the following day as it was sent at 10pm and I expected he would have his work phone off or not reply. I could have easily sent an email as an alternative and again I would not have expected a response until the next day. Unfortunately, what George doesn’t realise is people that are buyers have jobs and have ethical standards they keep to during business hours. No communication skills. Lost customer!

Critical: Professionalism
George (I think he is the owner) was extremely rude, unprofessional and refused to tell me the price of a house that was for sale. I followed up multiple times and he didn't tell me price range. When I sell my house, I will never go with this guy. It was too much of a hassle to try and get a price range for a house.

George was very well spoken and came across as being a person you could trust. The agency fee and advertising costs were very low compared to other agencies. This made their service great value. The sale of my property came in just slightly below what the target was. Not a bad result considering how bad the market has been. But will not award 5 stars because of that.

I came into contact with George from P&R Real Estate, when looking to purchase my first home. Could not be happier with the result. He was very accommodating and understanding. He made the whole process very pleasant and stress free with his calm demeanor and measured approach. Highly recommend you call George for any real estate needs.

My connection with P & R Real Estate began in 1997 when through them I acquired a 2 bedroom Unit in Roselands, and from that time the agency have done a brilliant job in managing rental of the property. As a result of their keen discernment and professional ability I have had excellent tenants up till the present day where George has been handling, (& very competently handling) the sale of the Unit on my behalf.

I engaged P&R reality Beverly Hills for an appraisal to sell my property at Roselands, I spoke with George on the phone and he was very polite helpful, we met up at my property at my convenience. His very knowledgeable with the local market and provided great advice. He presented some comparable sales which i was very happy with. After talking for a while he told me he was Principal. He provided an excellent marketing package.
My property sold after the first open house and got what i wanted.
